    Our team is dedicated to supporting the personal and professional growth of our colleagues. This includes individual consultation sessions or team trainings. Past topics have included: Working with LGBTQI2SA+ clients and religious trauma, Working with Trans and GNB Youth, Navigating Gender Affirming Care Letters, Engaging in Anti-Racist Work for White Therapists, Supporting LGBTQI2SA+ in School Systems, Working with Clients in Intimate Partner Violence Relationships, Supporting Parents of T/GNB Children and Adolescents, Navigating Divorce and Queer Identity, and more!

  • Supervision

    Drs. Rachael Sytsma-Ramos, Jena Catania, and Rachael Stedman offer supervision of cases related to navigating sexual orientation, gender identity formation, working with medical systems to support our trans clients, working with T/GNB youth, parenting skills, psychological testing, AuDHD, and more!

  • Subleasing and Virtual Address

    • We offer reasonable daily and hourly rates for our offices in Skokie. The rates include all utilities, supplies, and mailboxes.
    • For practitioners who want to use a physical office location for credentialling and billing purposes, we offer mailbox rentals. We collect and deliver or forward your mail for a flat monthly fee of $40. This allows you to protect your home address and privacy and ensure your important mail isn’t left unattended.
